Barry Miller, President, is an experienced Business Broker and has been active in the Lehigh Valley small business community for over 25 years. He served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Council, for 6 years. He was partner and CFO in a small business and has been involved in the sales of many businesses with and without real estate. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, serves on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Business Brokers Association and a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor, specializing in commercial real estate when associated with the sale of businesses. He holds a B.A. from East Stroudsburg University. Barry is active in continuing education through the International Business Brokers Association.

Connie Miller, CEO, is an experienced Business Broker with a strong background in marketing and sales in the Lehigh Valley small business community for over 20 years. She has served on the Board of Directors for Turning Point of Lehigh Valley, Allentown Center City Ministries and has twice chaired the Missions Board of her church. She has been involved in the sales of many businesses with and without real estate. She is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Business Brokers Association and is a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor. In addition to attending University of Memphis and Muhlenberg College, Connie is active in continuing education through the International Business Brokers Association.
